Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We ship only to the address provided at checkout. ID Jewelry Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging All items are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages ID Jewelry Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
