Return & Refund Policy

All items at ID Jewelry Designs are individually handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade goods, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Special Orders — Final Sale Special and custom orders are final sale. Once the buyer has reviewed and approved the item, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Exchanges To request an exchange, please contact us at msstang61@yahoo.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging.

Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

Shipping & Lost/Stolen Packages ID Jewelry Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
